We wish him lots of luck and lots of musicians in the future!!
Stuart Workman and Bob Leslie started the evening off with Stuart on acoustic guitar singing Reflections, accompanied by Bob on electric guitar. They then performed Leonard Cohen's 'Manhatten'.
Joe MacAtamany was next up performing 'Ride On' and then 'Haul Away', before
Connor got on stage and gave us 'Teenage Kicks', 'The first time' and 'Let me hold on'.
Bob Leslie was next on the acoustic guitar singing his own songs 'The Devil ain't a friend of mine', 'Beans and Beer' and then 'It'll last another day' where he was accompanied by Kevin on electric guitar.
Kevin then did a Frank Ifield song 'Lovesick Blues' followed by a beautiful ballad 'Broken-hearted People'.
Stuart then got back up to sing 'Jersey Girl' [with Bob on the electric guitar]
and was then joined by Jenny who sang 'Smile'
Kevin [& Bob] then gave us a good version of 'Hoochy Coochy Woman'.
Kevin then got Elspeth Durkin up to sing 'Autumn Leaves' 'After the Goldrush' and then 'Will you still love me tomorrow?', which had a few of the audience joining in on the chorus.
Joe MacAtamany the got up to the stage and sang 'Bonnie Heiland Lassie' and then 'Jock Stewart', and finally 'Will ye come to the dancin' wi' me?'
Kevin finished off the evening with 'Love me today', 'Five Years' and then 'Fulsom Prison/Mojo Working' combo with Bob on his electric guitar. A nice evening all round. Kevin mentioned at the end of the session that next weeks session would be a specially evening for Sandy Watson, to say thank you and good luck to him!
